The worst thing about Stoke is the fact that Alton towers is there. What absolute bellènd thought of that idea. They all just stare at you for no reason in Stoke and it is definitely the worst place I have ever visited. One things for sure, I will not be visiting Alton Towers again

When the media used to go on about how they were the best fans in the league I always knew it was a joke. My mate who is over 6 foot and built like a brick ****house said it was the only place he avoided watching arsenal and warned me not to ever go as they are a bunch of racists as well as neanderthals. I have been to the Britannia many times with Stoke mates, never seen trouble and their fans are no worse than any other clubs.
A great deal of generalisation going on here.

The Oatcake is a hardcore Stoke forum that is loosely moderated.
I did some work for a Stoke fan over last summer and he's hardly of the type. Clearly the majority of Stoke fans aren't like that. Truthfully, Stoke City was, at least back in the day, a proper football club and had Sir Stanley Matthews, the cleanest player you care to name... However, sites like the Oatcake make carpet bombing look attractive.

Every time we go to Stoke, the fans boo Ramsey, cheer when an Arsenal player gets hurt and call Wenger a péadophile.
