Michael Phelps breakfast:
Three fried-egg sandwiches loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise.
Two cups of coffee.
One five-egg omelet.
One bowl of grits.
Three slices of French toast topped with powdered sugar.
Three chocolate-chip pancakes.
About 100 times worse than any TGI Friday lunches. However he needs the energy to maintain a positive/neutral TDEE.
anyway. as I said previously, I am giving my opinion.
I would rather not see spurs players eating junk food in close proximity to game day. other people may not care.
they are entitled to their opinion just as I am entitled to mine.

note only was Michael phelps huge, but his type of sport and fitness/training regime is totally different to that of a footballer.
next you will be telling me that as sumo wrestlers consume 1 million calories a day, that its a good idea for everyone to.

Didnt realise nutrition and accountancy are directly transferable.

ok you didn't need any basic logic to get your degree then? talk about missing the point
since you are the expert, please can you refer me to the study which proves that its a good idea to fill your body with crap a couple of days before a game
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I got the point, its just a shame that the point was stupid and in no way relevant. I am not claiming that I know everything about nutrition, but I easily know enough to assure you that two days before is fine:
A bit about TDEE

Takes it out of you Messiah, not much of a comparison but if you've done endurable go-karting it takes it out of you.

I would be annoyed if Walker went on a night out before a game, or even two nights before. However I think I can let him off with a hearty lunch
All Spurs players should consume nothing but water, and glory.

Do people actually think this will affect Kyle Walker or Walker isn't one the fittest players in the league?
I could understand people getting upset with Hudd for doing this, but Kyle Walker?!
Watch when one of Kyles' legs falls off during the next game, and then we can laugh and know why!
