Tottenham Hotspur 2-2 Sevilla
Goal Scorers: Raul(Soldado), Arteta(Adriano); Negredo(Rakitic), Del Moral(Rakitic)

A final pre season game for Tottenham as they looked to get to top fitness levels before the season begins. They started well with the full backs coming forward well. First Andre Santos made a good run to the byline before hooking a cross into the box to where Soldado beat Alexis to head goalwards but Palop pulled off a fine save. Adriano then found space to move into and he beat Caceres before sliding a low ball into Raul who fired a shot against the frame of the goal. Sevilla started to get their chances too with Navas using his explosive pace to beat Santos before clipping the ball into Negredo but across came Zapata to make a good tackle. Tottenham forward aain with Farfan doing well to beat the challenge of Fazio then find Soldado who tunred well and fired goalwards but palop made the save. The first goal went against the run of play when Rakitic slipped away from Rodwell and played a defence splitting pass for Negredo who timed his run well and slotted the ball into the bottom corner. Tottenham had been comfortably on top before the goal but it seemed to change the gam for them and for the rest of the half it was Sevilla creating chances but Adler made some fine saves and the back 4 held strong. The second half started better for spurs though as they looked to get back level straight away with Arteta's ball finding Farfan but Caceres did well to get in a tackle. They were level not long after though when Santos made a god run forward alowing Arteta to cut inside and play the ball to Soldado who held it up then slipped in Raul and he calmly slotted it between the keepers legs. Sevilla had a rare chance when Trochowskis ball in fell for Del Moral but in came Naldo too get it away. Spurs were in the lead for the first time when Adriano but in a cross that Arteta volleyed past the keeper. They made changes as they looked to see out the game but Sevilla began to put on some late pressure, first Kanoute forcing Adler into an acrobatic save before Zapata got his large frame in the way of Rakitic's goal bound effort. The tricky midfielder did manage to make an equalizer though when he got in between the defenders and found Del Moral who tucked the ball past the keeper. Spurs had a late chance when Ben Arfa crossed for Jones but the strikers header was off target as the game ended in a draw after good performances from both sides.
