What was Akmal doing after stumping Ashwin...that was class.

Btw I love India vs Pakistan..the only cricket match worth watching

Didn't Kohli tweet ages ago about how Pakistan were an embarrassment and are only good at match fixing or something like that? I know it was an Indian player but can't remember who...think it was during the last T20 WC

He is a class player but there is something about him that is not to like. Think of the humble Indian greats like Sachin, Gavaskar, Dravid, Laxman etc etc. He has a long way to go and his ego leaves a lot to be desired.

No different to Afridi and his 'heart' comments.

Conveniently missed that???

Personally, don't see an issue, it's crickets greatest rivalry, and long may it continue

Even Sachin used to day he loved beating Pakistan.

What's the issue??

Think done just need to grow a pair

How come folks accuse only one side and avoid about comments made by their team members. Didn't Sohail Tanvir made nasty remarks about India or Afridi talking about the size of hearts, calling Indians have small ones and they have bigger. As an Indian, I won't support any negative remarks made by my team players and hope players respect each other countrymen emotions. All these players are representing their Nation which is a huge honor and they should try to behave respectfully towards each other. As fans, we should also behave with respect instead of playing this blame game

You're spot in. Kholi might be a good player, but he is an absolute n.0.b of a human being. I don't think it's just Pakistan, he was doing the same vs New Zealand swearing at their players in urdu- a language they don't understand..... Then peopld wonder why Afridi said what he said.

What Kholi did yesterday was unnecessary, childish and immature.....

Maybe it's the fact that the poor fella only averages 36 vs his neighbours compares to 50+ against other nations, except South Africa?

Anyways, Ajmal shouldn't be too offended and return the gesture by offering to pack his bag and drop him off to the airport for his flight back home...... Of offer him a ticket to watch the final

Or offer**

For the record I don't Kohli on the field was that bad. It was a tight game that was on a knife-edge. Emotions were high in the biggest game in world cricket. Maybe in the after game interview he could have congratulated Pakistan.

Someone who is respected in the game and is so much worse than Kohli is Michael Clarke who's behaviour in the Ashes was embarrassing.

can someone repeat what afridi said? i missed that part.

That is what kohli is. He is pretty much the same as ganguly. he shows off his emotions on the field. Which is what ganguly did, albeit in a different way where he didnt swear that much.

who cares its India vs Pakistan. emoitions are running high and they want any edge they can get.

Massive difference between Tendulkar and Kohli. Tendulkar still respected Pakistan and would credit us and our players if we played well. Kohli on the hand the complete opposite. I also don't know what Afridi has said.

I understand that emotions run high, that's fine. But it's unbefitting for a captain to run 20 yards just to get in the face of an opposition unprovoked. I can kinda understand a bowler doing it, and sending the batsman back.... But Kholi looked and acted like a complete utter fool.... Ganguly showed his emotion but controlled them too, whereas the likes of misbah and Dhoni wouldn't sink to that level in a million years....

Anyways, he went quiet as a mouse at the end and rightly put back in his box.

Afridi basically said a couple of years ago after India pak game that some Indians are over emotional and fickle and need to open their hearts a bit and chill out..... Words Kholi should implement going on yesterday's antics

Neon likes his red meat
---------------------------------------

Now little banter is fine & fun but comments like these creates lot of hate. Afridi 14 always try to ruin thread in my experience here with this type of comment especially against Indians (Hindu sentiments) Now how would he feel if Neon had replied that he enjoys Pork chops instead of red meat?

And then he complains the most to admin here. My personal suggestion to him that move on from 1947 era and in Europe or US, we are looked same by white folks. It is about time that we all get along here since we love cricket. I am not perfect either but I will never cross that line nor I will support my frnds/pals to disregard any one's religion, Nation etc..

Peace out !!

Facty,

Think you took that out of context. Please read the relevant thread and read all comments before cherry picking, accusing labelling people

@U(19310) bro,

Majority of folks here are cool and this one poster from time to time insults India or Hindu religion on regular basis. This is not his first time nor will be last but still I don't hate him or get offended. What I care that he always somehow destroy the fun out of the chat here on regular basis. Folks like him will make good posters go away as they don't have to deal this type of crap.

@Afridi,

I don't cherry pick your statements.. You have in the past called Indians: dark, ugly, skinny, veggie etc and should I refresh your memory about your recent comments in U 19 tournament. I don't want to waste anymore time on your nasty drivel and wish you all the best. Get help bro cos you really need it. Again one last time, life is too short for hate so try to move on from the past.

Good luck !!!!
