I don't think you get it citb, we're happier than anyone that this is coming to a close.

Cocks is right,I'm absolutely gutted that we won't have to sell off the family silver anymore,we'll actually be able to buy some players instead of loans and free transfers.
I'm beside myself that Yeung will have to sell the club to someone who might actually have some interest and ambition for it and that Peter "Aldrige Prior the Hopeless Liar" Pannu will get his P45 the baldy to$$er!

Did you miss the games weekend just gone Barca?
I imagine it's difficult keeping up to date where you are.
I can give the details here if required?

I must've missed something over the weekend, does the Vile's latest result mean they are pushing for Europe?
I admire them in many ways, I mean finishing 6th so many times, what? three on the bounce was it? disgusted them so much, they made the decision there and then that it was never going to happen again.
And guess what? They were right!
Now they are sticking to their guns for the last three seasons and a few more to come by the look of it...admirable...

Would rather be flirting with relegation to the championship than league 1.
Bet you miss that too.

CY going to jail is probably the best news since McJudas was appointed at Vile.
Tom Ross is reporting that the HK courts could seize CY's shares in the club. I'm totally unsure what that would mean but at least the dark clouds have a glimmer of a silver lining.

Birmingham City don't have much by the way of assets, nor any cash, so just by virtue of the club being sold, there won't be 'plenty of money'. Any 'money to spend' will be the new owner's own money.
Carson Yeung was a disaster from start to finish, a shyster on the make looking for a piece of the action and the publicity of owning an English football club. He soon got found out when the club and its holding company failed to lodge audited accounts for 2 years. It's amazing he ever passed the 'fit and proper' test in the first place.

Blouse fans deluded. Carson's appeal could run for another 2 yrs.

No assets, they play in a sty, the future is bleak for the blouse!

To be fair how this guy passed a fit & proper test is a disgrace.

Almost makes me feel a bit sorry for them........ But not quite!

Slightly off topic.
Wtf has Thailand got to do with anything?
Confoosed!

cddvilla, did you know Villa used to play home games in Perry Barr ?
Also the current ground is built on a former Victorian Amusement Park.
Not much has changed really

"When the club is sold the new owner will have plenty of money to spend"

Really?! That would mean somebody with very deep pockets being interested in buying a poor Championship club with an average fan base. Poor infrastructure, poor squad and not much of a history to boot. Add to that the fact that they'd have to wrestle the shares away from from the Hong Kong authorities which could take years.

Even somebody of Barca's low IQ should be able to work out that they'll be little in the way of funds for years!

Talking of Amusement..
D/ck appears

Clutching at straws. This is akin to a Stockport County fan trying to take the p!$$ out of Man Utd.

Shame

D/ck..
The only straw round here is the lining in your head my friend.
Comparing villa to Man U.. whatever next
I thought it might be a little interesting to real Villa fans and your comment only cements my first impression of you.
Definitely more of a d/ck than a cox

Comparing Blues to Stockport, come on, Kevin Francis took a step down leaving them to go to the Blouse.

Blouse have always been the smallest of the West Midlands clubs, but now they are light years behind Villa, Albion and even Wolves.

Sorry Royal Blue, I am in agreement with cox-in-the-box and he is an Albion fan.

Oh no! Royal Blue D/ck (see I can call people names too) has a low opinion of me!

If you want to communicate with Villa fans I suggest you do it on the Villa board you dumbass!

Erm..yeah..
OK D/ck.

cddvilla, just a bit of banter mate

To 'The Famous' your comment about Thailand is because BinB lives there.
With regard to being 'confoosed' I am confused about c-i-t-b because I agree with RBC that c-i-t-b is a D/ck but also comes across as a bit of a Tw-at...now that is 'confoosing'!
Of course!
He's an Albion fan...
