For me the only good thing about Millwall, is the road home
Nothing at all. Watched the 93/94 semi final 2nd leg on youtube yesterday. Brought back many memories. How good we were. How bloody awful their fans were. Nothing has changed.
I'm trying hard and can only come up with Danny Baker - top bloke and radio legend.
The rest can go feck themselves, which they probably do if the scenes from 94 are anything to go by.
Peeder ... Good call on Danny Baker .. All round top bloke
Unlike his fellow lion and media rentagob Rod Liddell who is a Wayne Kerr of the highest order
Did the FA do anything about their disgraceful behaviour against us or any of the many incidences since.
Timely post! I woke up this morning looking forward to the match this afternoon, yet with that horrible gut-wrenching feeling of remembering that we are playing that scu.m
They should have been kicked out the league years ago and at least forced to play behind closed doors for a season for the behaviour of their vile fans who still continue to crawl out of their ponds!
They got a 3pts deduction and £100000 fine that then got suspended for three years ! Two matches behind close doors I think as well
Anyway we need to focus on the positives ..... Imagine if they didn't like Eels ... The country would be overrun with the blighters... Eating our Auks and other assorted useful animals
They clearly can't all be horrible. But no other team has actually made me weep over the safety of my kids
Bad vibes Cat ... I'm starting to think I might have misjudged the potential for good emanating from the isle of dogs
Ian Holloway is a good bloke.
In 1994 I didn't get home until 530 in the morning. <hooligans>
Holloway also keeps chickens like me ... so I agree he is a good egg
Are you a chicken then Hinton? Must be why you are on the wing.
Clucking hell that was a dreadful pun!
People have an innate need to conform. Thus some people who follow clubs with a long history of hooliganism feel they need to behave in a certain way.
Certain clubs eg, Millwall, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff haven't yet been able to rid themselves of their reputation so a significant portion of their fans continue to act like idiots. We have our own idiots but they have been marginalised.
My gas fitter midweek was a Millwall chap, very nice and pleasant he was too.
He told me that he wasn't really that fussed about the footy, Millwall being Millwall they ain't going to do nuffin' are they, that he only went to the games to have the craic with his mates.
As do most of us, the difference being that the Lions are mentallers of the highest order.
No Spart .... I'm a keeper of 4 chickens...
Just had two lovely fresh poached eggs with a side of smoked bacon... The champions breakfast
Hector .... I'd check his work
Nah he seemed a genuine bloke, well past his hooly days.
I'd love that fresh an egg, finding myself quite jealous actually.
They are all laying every day... So many eggs I have to go the the gate at Hinton Towers to hand them out to the locals
I'm sadly on a train during most of the match today, but will try and check in at various stations en route when View's legendary thread appears. COYR!
I'll never forget the song their away fans were singing last year you set your kids alight, you set your kids alight
The whole ground was aghast at the depths human beings can stoop to
Sc_m of the earth
My neighbour is a 'Wall fan -usually looks after our dog when we go away.
She always seems to come back in one piece
I all,I am shopping with the wife here in dog land, back for kick off though.
Watnall .. Be careful the wee fellas lawyers aren't following you
