This. This is reality guys. He may be a decent manager for mid-table Premiership club, but he has been found out this season. He aint good enough - and I was one for giving sufficient time for him to make his mark but there aren't even signs of him doing it - I'm actually not sure he knows how!!

He has a plan and a philosophy. Moyes doesn't appear to have either. Rogers, it pains me to say, shoed signs of what he was trying to implement at LFC very early on, and ok it was immediately successful because of the playing staff at his disposal initially but there were still signs, and the LFC fans identified tis and supported him - I just don't see any shred of positiveness around Moyes, and I don't see what he is trying to implement.
