Spot on
I think you have the starting XI AND the bench correct there.
let's be honest it's not going to be anywhere near an excellent game.
I'm sure we have no intention of making it excellent either.
We need to have a mindset like Jose away, but I think you have our team right.
Are you sure Jose won't go for Mikel instead of Luiz?
Maybe stick Sanogo at centre back
Luiz has just got back from injury, and Mikel hasnt played for a while.
This could suggest he'll play. And he might.
However, Jose hasnt rated him this season. And Matic-Luiz really worked against City. I think it is our strongest midfield two as well.
9 of our payers are certs. It is our no 10 and the CM alongside Matic that are contestable.
This game has 0-0 or 1-0 written all over it.
Hopefully one nil to the arsenal is sung come saturday afternoon.
______Szczesny________
Sagna Mert Kosc Gibbs
____Flamini Arteta_____

______Sanogo_________
I think a draw is likely. I dont have a good feeling about it, but I also dont think Jose'd ever lose a home game to title rivals.
That said I think City or Liverpool will probably win the league.
At least Arsenal will win the cup though.
I'd bite your hand off for a draw right now.
I guess you all saw the articles today about a possible return of the ghost Diaby in April.
As many of you, I thought it was an hoax, especially since the return date was April 1st
But now, Diaby himself retweeted a link to the evening standard article
Seems like the right line-ups to me, though I hope we're better offensively than we were against the spúds...
Oh and congrats OP on your club getting through tonight*

Unfortunately I think you have the likely XI hit nail on the head.
The best we can hope for is a 0-0 because we certainly will not score with Giroud/Sanogo up front.
We will barely create any chances in this game and u can't see us scoring either so will be very happy with a draw
So much height and power in that Chelsea side, they'll cause us all sorts of problems from set pieces. We need Mert and Giroud to be on their toes and attack everything in the air.
Chelsea will create very little. I think it'll either finish 0-0 or 1-0 to them unfortunately
Podolski need to start. I know he hasn't been great lately but he is the only physically strong enough to be able to handle Ivanovic.
Cazorla on the left will be suicidal
Ivanovic will eat Podolski up if the German plays LW. He doesn't offer much other than a good shot nowadays.
Cazorla for me.
I'd play:
Szcz
Bacmonster Mert Kos Gibbo
Arteta Rosicky
Chambo Santi Pod
Giroud

Ivanovic is a dirty player. Cazorla will just get push over too easily I reckon. I'm not keen on Podolski either but I still think he would be a better option.
Szczesny
Sagna Mert Kos Gibbs
Flamini Rosicky
Ox Santi Pod
Sanogo
The thing is Cazorla can drift in and create something special. Whenever Podolski drifts in he does feck all, unless presented with a shooting opportunity.
If Wenger selects Flamini and Arteta in CM, I'd like to see Santi wide left. If however, he selects, Rosicky (or Chambo) instead of Flamalam, then yes, Podolski will have to play.
Cazorla shouldn't play wide, especially with Ozil out. He's best centrally.
8bits team looks like the best one.
I would definitely try sanogo.
He will probably get shut out by Terry and co but don't think I can watch Giroud against their defense.

I hope he had an off-day vs Spurs because he played centrally but we didnt see much of him
Glad Ramires and willian are not playing
I agree he's best centrally, but he won't have an awful lot of pace to work with on Saturday. Think Rosicky's natural pressing game will benefit the team more.
I'm also a bit worried about further injuries .
