Good winner for Spurs but they got lucky. Saints were looking the more likely."
lucky? we were by far the better side 2nd half and fully deserved to come back into that. Any side 2-0 down to win 3-2 deserves credit. Yes we are shocking in defence but so are you....5-5 I'm joking, we will get smashed probably but give us credit FFS, we deserved to beat southampton
sorry don, we find it hard to give you credit after the talking up some of your fans have given your guys this year, these are clearly the types of games you should be winning given your aspirations, so well done for doing what you're supposed to
However, anything that keeps utd closer to 8th is fine by me, keep it up
I didn't watch the whole game Don so can't comment on whether you deserved it overall.
In the last 10 mins though it looked like only one winner, and it weren't Spurs.
That's football though. You scored, they didn't.
Glad to see the hammerings Spurs have had have given their fans a bit more humility though.
4 months ago you all though Spurs were the bees knees and Liverpool were poor.
Would like to have seen Liverpool play with a good 6-7 first teamers all out at the same time one stage this season. Don't give me this crap about the Suarez and Sturridge injuries I'm talking having to play defensive midfielders at centre back sort of situation..
We have had loads of injuries.
Flanagan, Sahko, Agger, Johnson, Enrique, Coates, Gerrard, Allen, Lucas, Sturridge, Coutinho, Toure have all been injured this season.
Excuses excuses.

suarez wasn't injured, he was serving his ban if you recall.
Either way, we've had our fair share of injuries across the board, so you can leave that argument at the door...
Also, if you haven't got the squad depth, what did you spend all that money on? Are you saying we're only good because we managed our team better than you have this year?
BH stop whining that your squad has had to deal with injuries. Levy has spunked £110m to improve your squad... and all squads have to deal with injuries.
Making excuses because of injuries is weak.

The reason you've had to play a midfielder in defence is because you've had your central defender playing left back because for some reason you decided to overload on midfielders when you had BAE who's crap and Rose who for me looks like a winger rather than a full back. You had King retiring also.
Baldini should have been sacked for spending so much and making the squad so unbalanced that they all can't play in the one system. Instead AVB got the boot.
Excellent win today for Spurs, and will set them up nicely for another 3 points next week at Anfield.
I was actually invited to the game today by my best mate (he's a spurs fan)
Was a very entertaining game indeed, and a good win for Spurs, could tell their fans really enjoyed that last minute winner.
Would love them to somehow pip Arsenal and come fourth but that would probably require them to beat us next weekend so kind of hope it doesn't happen. Their fans are a real decent bunch, shame there are so many s on here though.
liverpool at one point had their first 5 defenders out,
thats the period everyone is referring too when they say we have had "Defensive problems"
our injuries are not acknowledged, so why should spurs be?

Nice to see those underdogs at Spurs have a good little win. I enjoy watching a bit of midtable football on a Sunday after a Liverpool win <rufflehairsmiley>
