It's a shame he didn't score today , IMO he deserved one.

Very good hold up play, especially in the first half when we were getting dominated. Made himself available at all times and chased the lost cause which led to the equaliser. All that was missing was a goal, I still believe he with eriksen behing him in the right gameplan can bear plenty of fruit

IMHO Soldado has realised that the fans are willing him to rediscover his true form, and so while that is not happening, endeavours to make sure he contributes in other areas and understands this will be appreciated.

If he was in the Torres situation, this season would be a dire place indeed for him.

Can you lot see him scoring goals? Seems to me he is another Torres, good all round displays, but not quite good enough to be a no 10 but at the same time not good enough to be a goal scorer, despite being very good at it previously!

He never really got the opportunity today. I'm very pleased with that performance. He will have to slightly step it up for Liverpool though

Yes. Service to him has been poor to him this season.

Torres OTOH was PL proven (and good at that) , and going to another Sky 4 club with a decent MF.

If Soldado was delivering as is, in front of the Spurs MF of 2010-13, I would want him shot.

He's a poacher not a Suarez who creates something out of nothing. Given something to poach on and he'll tuck away chances with ease. The way we played under AVB was more suited to negredo

Neymar is still developing and will get better. It's all about martino getting the tactics right today. The whole world know that the best place to attack barca is on the flanks

He's a very frustrating player. He clearly has talent but seems to lose it all when in on goal.
