You must have missed the video of the assistant Newcastle coach on their winning goal. You could be mistaken for thinking they had just won the Prem! No one disputes his passion for winning. Just his ability to keep us winning. Lets see how far his passion gets us against Liverpool away.

How many players will be back from injury next week? We almost beat Benfica and we won today so let's see.

Erm, 44 goal difference to our nought. And from one less game. I'd love us to beat the Pooh, but I wont be putting my house on it.

Villa beat Chelsea didn't they?

We played Liverpool off the park at Klanfield last season and lost due to some self inflicted defensive fack ups and a dive by Goofy for another undeserved penalty.

We just need to get our tactics correct on the day, Diverpool only have one way of playing, if we can match their energy / urgency and keep them out early on we will have a chance. They are perfectly beatable, if we play well we will get a result.

It's absolutely obvious that he's totally committed to Spurs and to me it would be a shame if he wasn't given a full season to try and prove himself. How can a coach of that sort of loyalty and 'want to win' be sacked after half a season? Spurs will NEVER get another coach who wants Spurs to win as much as he does.

if sherwood is spurs manager next season then something has gone very very wrong

I have never seen such jubilation from a coach as when Sig scored the third goal.

I would be jubilant as well if my sacking had been delayed slightly

Don't any of you think that his enthusiasm is worth at least a try for next season?

no

he has had 3 months in the job and he hasn't even put together any kind of proper system of play.

we are STILL employing a suicidal high line, despite sherwood onlooking as the previous manager pretty much got sacked for his stubbornness in using it resulting in us getting smashed all the time.

he's done ok, but we need a proper experienced manager.

the manager who is in charge next season must put together a solid defensive unit !!!

we are a joke at the back and this must be sorted or we will never progress

May as well have one of us Spurs fans managing Spurs. We'd be just as jubilant over last minute winners, and just as clueless at managing teams.

I have a mate who is better qualified than Sherwood and even more enthusiastic, maybe we should give him a try? I know he is virtually blind but then I dont think it will make any difference cos he is just as qualified, well he has never managed a team either which is about what we need apparently.
