Also, he played appalling football at times. People keep blaming injuries, but even with a full squad we were settling for draws, playing negative football, and making awful substitutions.

You may not be able to see it today, or this week, but there will come a time when you sit and ask that same question and you'll be able to look at this scenario in the context of how he has left every other club, and you'll know.

This isn't the first time he's done this; it isn't even the first time he's done this at your club, and there are genuine reasons why no other club has employed him since 2007. When you trace back the timeline of his questionable actions as your manager, you'll probably come to understand the significance of his contract, the one he'd only just signed remember, being inexplicably renegotiated and extended in October.

Billy is schizophrenic, his demons take over and he turns even the greatest of opportunities and circumstances into a one man vendetta with it being him against the world. He's been backed to the hilt and but has made a royal fug up of this opportunity he found himself in. I would have my doubts he'll work in England again, he should spare a thought for his backroom team who find themselves looking for new jobs without the juicy pay offs that he orchestrates for himself!!

Honourable guys like Ned Kelly and Julian Darby would be best off finding new managers to work with as Billy will always self implode when his methods get quickly found out and his inevitable fall out with owners ensue. He's a chequebook manager who thinks nothing of wasting other peope's money and cares little for FFP! His tactics this year have been ridiculously negative, persisting with non scoring Cox as his sole striker was football mgmt suicide. He's a spent force in mgmt but we now know this and he leaves with his rep pretty much in tatters as he has no one but himself to blame for his bizarre behaviour and neanderthal tactics. I'd be shocked if any other Championship chairman takes a punt on him as he's poisonous and is nowhere near the managerial superstar he thinks he is!!! I wouldnt be surprised if he ended up in the States after this as he has contacts out there

Hopefully supporters will now be able to unite and give Neil Warnock their complete backing. As I see it Billy Davis completely divided opinion.
