I wouldnt play Ozil, I would only play one creative mid and have two quick paced wingers on the outside. Gotse currently Germany's 'inform' CAM

Ozil may not be playing that well for Arsenal, but he's still the main man for Germany and should be in the team.

How they fit these attackers all into one team remains to be seen.

Ghana, USA and Portugal aren't exactly world beaters so I expect they'll rotate the attack a bit.
