In a way Sporty's comment is bang on. Our 2nd 11 is looking like finishing mid table!

I know what mine would be from the players that we already have and it would differ from that of the manager {CORRECT SO FAR} and probably the majority of fans. I would expect a rotation system {CORRECT AGAIN} to foil the opposition managers and it would not surprise me if Davies changes the team to suit the opposition or whether we are playing at home or away {CORRECT}

At home he'll use pace down the wings. Paterson will be a key player {CORRECT}. I've only seen 10 minutes or so from him so far but he looks a class act. {CORRECT} Away from home it will the same old Billy.{YEP, CORRECT AGAIN} 1 up front, 5 in midfield.{I'M GOOD BUT DIDN'T EXPECT HIM TO DO THE SAME AT HOME <DOH> } Setting out not to lose a game. I can see games where Henderson {MOSTLY COX} will be on his own supported by wingers and pace Patterson / Mackie etc {CORRECT AGAIN}

So in answer to your question, do I know our best team?

No but I am very excited about this season more than any in the last 10/15 years {WOW. DAVIES GONE! }

oh and PS. I expect more signings (maybe loans) as I still think we have a few weaknesses

caniggia.....funny enough I did think alot of the comments weren't too far off....1 thing that does stand out for me at that time to today is that McClaren made our squad stronger in depth....last July I was worried we only Bucko and Keogh as CB's...for 90% of the games we've only needed Bucko and Keogh.....with the covering CB's not getting a sniff.

That's probably because there is absolutely no one else who would employ them either individually or collectively so they have to stick with him because it's the only chance they have of getting jobs in football.

We are definitely in the playoffs. Whether we go up or not will depend on how we can perform in the actual games. Given our talent and our managerial staff I have a lot of confidence we can get up. But it is a lottery to some extent - given the vagaries of refereeing decisions. We are content to wait and see. We don't need any new signings.

But the Billy saga is exactly as we expected and warned you about. We are entitled to be interested in the sad proceedings.

Give upon this season and encourage FAH to recruit Nigel

Maybe it is that we can remember being in the Prem RFB. Most Forest fans have difficulty in remembering when they were last there.

I don't want promotion because I like the Championship but if we do go up then we will be better than last time because we have a team who fight for the shirt and have talent. Add a few other quality players to that and we may even stay up.

Pablo, your wrong there Ned Kelly had a coaching role some where in the West Midlands but had a get out clause in his contract so he could team up with Billy again. Perhap's he and Julian Darby have had their eyes opened by these recent shenanigans, now that they are out of a job again.

Unfortunately I think that Billy needs therapy, we shouldn't mock some one who obviously has some serious issues to contend with.

RFB, Kelly needs to distance himself from king krankie now if he wants to get another job and retain any credibility as a coach. There is a thin lne between loyalty and stupidity. He doesn't need to cross it.
