Shouldn't the article title be "Moyes again, again"?
Ah, the double!!, clever.
Seeing as your reading tha articles Earl, any thoughts?
fair or just b°llocks.
Cant wait for "Moyes again!!!"
Moyes is clueless at Uniteds level.
He is a steady top eight club manager nothing more.
The problem is man utd usually finish in the top 2 easily so being outsiders for 4th spot in march is unheard of in premier league era with same squad that won the title. Having said that certain things haven't gone our way this season to.

Is it moyes in then or moyes out?
just going on this season alone, I don't think it could have gone much worse, it's been a total disaster, he's had 2 windows and for me has signed the wrong players, not that I don't rate mata, I do, he was superb for Chelsea before the ego landed, but we needed a midfield powerhouse and a creator, we got an overpriced immobile lump and a lockpicker.
Sure if we spend £150 mil in the summer it will no doubt improve us but moyes doesn't possess the tools to make it at the very top level, the football played under his stewardship for the last 10 yrs tells you this.
Truth be told, the GAME was up for United back in 2009 when Ronaldo said his goodbyes to United and the Premier League.
Since that season the whole Premier League has been in decline, with the opposition of the so called BIG4 also at a weaker point.
The PREMIER LEAGUE peaked in 2009 and that shows with league format and squad depth.
Fergie knew the game was up as he got the final PUSH of the squad that had been waning last season.
Evra, Vidic, Ferdinand, Giggs, Scholes, Carrick, Fletcher just ain't the same as back in 09.
Add that to no Ronaldo, Tevez, Injury free Hargreaves, and a less lazy Anderson and Nani.
United peaked in 2009 along with the PREMIER LEAGUE.
The list in endless, No Edwin Van De Sar no Wes Brown an adequate SQUAD man with the likes of O'Shea and Park.
Fergie signed RVP on an ego trip, a current signing to take the title away from Manchester City. A man coming to 31 years of age who was certainly not a future long term buy.
Fergie knew THE GAME was up, so to speak.
It was a lift me up for the squad.RVP saved us in the champions league this season and if we win the champions league will you call it an ego trip.
RVP was a great deal as liverpool spent a lot on caroll and chelsea on torres.
So man utd thrashing schalke 04 in 2011 semi-final was not the fact the premierleague peaked lol then chelsea won it the next season then the europ league the next season.
There is not a lot in it for man utd and the top tams regardless if /bayern munich thrash man utd or not. Bayern munich just beat ortmund in cl last season.

Fergie's ego got the RVP signing. It takes 3 seasons to build a title challenging team from one that is ageing to adding the right personnel.
Fergie knew he didn't have it in him to stick around and push for one last challenge.
RVP is a prime example of a CURRENT/PRESENT signing for the now. And he did do the job in delivering FERGUSON'S last title. And that is what happened my friend.
Bayern munich don't even have that good a record against man city chelsea man utd or even arsenal, they didn't beat chelsea in there last 2 games in normal time or 120 mins. 1-1 pens overall.
Arsenal won 1 game bayern munich won 2 games and the other was a draw.
Man city won 2 lost 2 against Bayern munich.
Man utd in 2010 won 1 lost 1. So overall hardly the mighty Bayern munich to be scared of.

League peaked in 09 get over it.
Chelsea were POOR in 2011 with that team, no way a patch on the Mourinho Mk1 of 2005 - 2008.
United were just consistent as a result of ferguson's drive and fear factor.
The league in the Big4 era of 2005/2009 was when it really was top draw. Four teams that could genuinely be considered the best in world football along with Barcelona under Rijkaard and Pep.
I think in the last decade there has been an english team in a final of either the uefa cup or europa league or the champions league.
The league peaked in 09. None of the top teams have been as solid since. Chelsea, Arsenal, Pool and United.
That Big4 era was when the Premier league really was TOP DRAW.
Moyes is not a bad manager, he's just not good enough at this level. Unfortunately for us
He is none of those, he is a good manager doing his best, it remains to be seen whether that is good enough.
**
jeez it really is about Moyes for some United fans.
It's all about United for me and what is best for the club. Not what is best for Moyes and his family inheritance
So I will have to disagree with you.
Supporting your football club is about what wanting wgat is best for them. Well then, take a deep breath and just realise that every 4-1 win against rubbish will invariably be followed by a humiliation against competent opponents.
Because that's what happens when average players arw expected to fill world class voids.
