I think some Liverpool legend said neutrals wanted to see steven gerrard win a PL title.

Chill out dawg, focus on your own title push.

I would rather Tottenham won the league than that lot. I will be forced to emigrate if the unthinkable happens. Hopefully the American owners do what Hicks and Gillete were close to doing and bankrupt the vile club and their deluded fanbase.

I want Liverpool to win if Arsenal don't. A team that has invested in talent and a good manager, spending within their means rather than money-bags clubs who buy everything they want.

It's business and football the right way with Liverpool, and if Arsenal don't win it, I want them to.

More chance of ants taking over the planet then laughterpool winning the league.

Don't care about their fans, just don't want to see lotto winners, Mourinho, or Man Utd win it. Would make a refreshing change.

other than a couple of mates who can't get over the 'money thing', I don't really know anyone who dislikes City other than United supporters.

I think what Rodgers had done has been unbelievable and Liverpool play the best football, but they do not spend within their means to the extent say Arsenal do in fairness.

Liverpool's champions league win was nine years ago i forget what year did you win it?

Liverpool in a false position. If they played european football like the rest of us they would be in mid table where they belong. Rodgers will get found out

we'll spend within our means once all the mess G&H is created on wages is cleared, no more manager change write-offs, the new sponsorship deals kick in, and the stadium write-offs are all gone. I think it's close to that now and next years accounts should look a lot cleaner.

I was not making a judgement on it mate, but Liverpool lost more money than Chelsea did yet get praised for spending within their means. That doesn't make sense.

superficially I agree Marce,

but I just listed why there is a difference - we've had a mountain of 'one time corrections' to get through

there is a bit of hypocrisy though about how it gets reported

Laughterpool will only get fourth this season and then joining Man utd in mid table next year
