Well this is a depressing article
Why deflated?
Old Trafford will be rocking, we're playing the best team in the world and we're going to see some good football, hopefully from both teams.
I think most United fans at the moment genuinely don't care about the result beyond 'respectable'. I for one just hope we put in a decent performance and show that, despite our awful season, we can still compete with the best.

As long as we give then a game
Bayern will score an absolute minimum of two goals
Britannia?
Don;t worry, if we get a pasting, you can always go round the back of your hotel after the game
(If that's were they still hang out that is)
We will batter Bayern, bookmark this
I am leaving in 30 minutes.... will get to the ground and straight to Sam P. or even the Blaize today. Atmosphere will be electric and Germans always a laugh !
I can't really see anything other than a thumping but you never know. Early goal and Neuer sent off for pulling Welbeck down perhaps when through..who knows.
Hope he starts Kagawa but he won't.
Some headlines suggest we have Shaw in the bag, doubt it so early but would love that.
we have a better record against German teams than Bayern have against English teams this season. On that logic it can only be a United win !!
Just some interesting things that may give some people a little more hope. (Aside from the United drinking game)

United have kept 5 clean sheets in the CL this season, out of 8 games.
United are unbeaten in the last 8 games against German opposition - including 6 wins.
United have faced Bayern 9 times. Only once has the away team won.
I think you should give your ticket to someone else.
2 spare tickets if anyone is interested ? £50 each
Wonder if I told my boss 'I'm going home now because I need to be in Manchester tonight, to buy tickets off a guy I met on the internet'
whether he'd let me go or not.

why would i? on the beer since 11, 20 pound on a united 1-0 win on paddy power at 20/1.... sure we might get beat but hopefully the team can give us at least one massive performance tonight. Its not impossible
I can't leave until 4 then. 2 hour drive (probably 3 with rush hour).
Means I won't be able to sing along with Boyelsy before the game, ah well.
BB, can't you just y'know, leave early. No one will notice, it's not like you do any fecking work anyway

Yeah, kind of my point. Don't be taking that deflated attitude into OT.
