Cavani was pretty woeful last night.
How many times do I have to say this
Falcao and cavani are complete no go's
Both chose to sign for clubs in a 2 team league for an easy life and a massive paycheck.
Both havnt set the world alight
Both would cost to much on wages.
Falcao represents even more of a risk. Not the quickest player in the world as it is but after an ACl injury might not have to physicality to play in the PL
Cavani wasn't bad and is shifted out wide too much.
Falcao is liked by Mourinho and would definitely be more than good enough for the PL. He doesn't rely on pace and is an incredibly talented finisher. I doubt very much that he will be at Monaco for more than another year.
Cavani was the man at Napoli. Maybe if he got a move and got away from Mrs Cavani he would recover that form.
PSG were weird last night. Didn't think they were well organised, but they just have so much raw talent it got them through. Reckon you have a chance in the 2nd leg? I think you do. Good luck anyway.
No need to buy two strikers.
Bring back Lukaku, extend Eto'o's contract, then buy a proven striker.
Buy a LB, then push Azpi to his natural position.
Buy a proper playmaker, who either plays behind the striker or close to Matic.
We don't have to break the Bank yet again to address or rectify our problems, the board should just hit the nail on the head, and buy the necessary players for the problem areas.
3 players max...and we are sorted for the next campaign.
A playmaker is a must, or else....we'll continue to struggle against teams that play '19th-18th century' football.
