Kolo's pass against WBA immediately sprung to mind
i would guess they are lower league players
Wonder if Liverpool will be stripped of the league should they win it for this
My bets (get it) are on Tranmere being in there!

We've already been disqualified if you listen to the arsenal board!
From Football League clubs I think. If Liverpool win the league, players from the PL should be investigated and the league season declared null and void, even if no-one is found guilty.
QPR. More money than sense that lot.
can't see any PL footballers being involved, they earn enough money already, although this does plenty of damage to the 'holier than thou' view of English compared to the other European leagues

North west clubs!
Sorry, but if people think that fixing only exits within the lower levels of football then trust me you have it wrong. Fixing has been rife within football for years and it is only now that the whistle has been blown- and even that in a small way. It is rife within all levels, only problem is who will speak out.

you seem to know an awful lot about it, care to name and shame anyone?
Yeah it'll be lower league players no doubt. The press probably already know who it is but will push the story in a way that draws in more interest then "reveal" the players in a Sunday exclusive

One thing I've always thought is these "food poisoning" incidents which have hit big games. I mean bribing a millionaire footballer is tricky but a chef unless they're a bit of a celeb shouldn't need quite as much financial persuasion.

Well, it does say Football League as opposed to the Premiership in the BBC Article, so people may be on top something there.
19 teams have been in on it, every time United have won the Premier League.
