English/Welsh count as HG, Scottish doesnt unless they were registered at a club before they were 18
So Grant Hanley counts as HG, Charlie Adam doesnt
in fact doesnt matter if they are Scottish, french, Spanish etc if they registered at a club before 18 they are HG

the ruling is they had to spend 36 months at an english/welsh club by the end of the season that they turned 21
btw you are in the U21 consolation cup semi finals v Arsenal on the 16th
first leg ended 0-0
if you dont have enough you can go to the real life Everton Academy and get players from there as long as no one has signed them
The Everton academy is seperate from your squad and other academies
however if any youth player plays in the league he must stay in your squad.
they can play cups and can stay as youth players
Do you want to join another leageu? Much the same as v2 league, start from scratch?
