Never said Goodwillie or Miller would sign. Did say Cuellar and still think Cuellar will sign at some point wether this transfer window or in January.
Goodwillie and Miller are strikers, so the signings we have made don't come into that do they?
Cuellar is currently injured. Bartley and Goian were top of the list as well. Bartley was asked to come back last season and Goian, Wallace Ortiz we went for straight away.
Your constantly wumming is tedious TCD it's people like you on the boards who make posters leave the site.
Who have Celtic signed exactly? Have you actually signed a keeper or will this be the third season where you have no full time first choice keeper?
We have signed 6 quality players and 1 quality loan signing.
Don't you think you should wait and see what they're capable of before labelling them quality, maybe they will be quality but just because they have singed for you doesn't automatically make them quality. That big Goain(sp) fella looks like he will stroll this league tbh.I didn't see enough of Bartley last year to make any judgements, reckon he still has a lot to prove,Wallace is a good player who is young and will improve.Ortiz thus far has looked average at best so the jury's still out on him as for the 3 coming in never heard of any of them so couldn't say if they are quality or not, guess time will tell....
So,in essence:
Goian : looking good, possibly brilliant
Wallace : good, with room to improve to brilliance
Bartley : recently re-signed by Arsenal, probably good at least
Ortiz : still to settle, could be good, could be sheit, could be brilliant
Plus internationalists Bedoya and Bocanegro, both playin in a not too shabby USA team.
As you say, lets wait and see
'I think the extra American signings (as well as being good players) is also for marketing, don't be surprised if we tour their next year.'
Touring America..didn't you try that before! Not sure it went too well.
Sign in if you want to comment
Bocanegra signed
