Its quite ridiculous though how Liverpool have gone from 7th to 1st in one season... They cant put a foot wrong at the moment.. I suspect next season will be harder though. Even though Pool fans will think im being bitter here, imo teams will figure out a way to counter Liverpool's threat combined with the added pressure of staying in the CL and PL race and thats where Brendan will have to earn his corn. He's done well though this season.

Well people have had all season to counter our threat, so unless there's an epiphany for all opposition managers I think our approach will still see us gain a decent amount of points. Maybe not enough for the title, but challenging for top 3/4.

As for the CL & PL challenge - a) we wont be going into it with the exact same squad as we have now and b) it becomes more of an issue the longer you remain in the CL. I doubt any LFC fan thinks we'll win it. Getting out of the group will be a good return in our 1st trip back for a while.

Getting dodgy decisions has helped them as well. Look at the weekend

Look managers have had all season to figure out how to stop liverpool, the problem you gave is it's not just one player, it's a front five, you can't stop them all will will always score, so well always have a chance to get points.
