we just need to think about Norwich for now.

I looked at Gerrards face in the midst of that team huddle and I knew then that no single player in the league wants this title more than our captain.

We have a huge opportunity and I hope that we don't blow it against a managerless Norwich who we seem to have no problem dispatching in previous encounters.

We need to try and put them to bed in first 45mins. Unlike City, they couldn't turn it around.

Metro

Just said on another article that Norwich need the points and they will have to have ago at us, none of this sitting back and trying for the draw!

Palace worry me though!

If Liverpool play to their strengths in the 4 matches then they'll win all 4 imo.

We just need to ensure that nobody does anything silly - like defensive lapses, red cards etc

That could completely ruin our season.

If Suarez would have been red carded yesterday then we wouldn't have won yesterday and the ball would be firmly in City's court

Well that and we wouldn't have had him for Norwich

Is it selfish that I'd rather wait until the last day to win it because I have tickets?

I am more worried about Palace than Chelsea. Palace will attack us. Jose will get the bus out again

I thought the occasion got to several players yesterday. Decision-making was all over the place, from Skrtel, Sakho. Johnson, Suarez, Sturridge, Henderson.

Gerrard kept his head, and Sterling and Flanagan played with the fearlessness of youth, but we almost threw it away, after going into what should have been a comfortable lead (which also should have been extended, but for poor decision-making).

It’s said that players need experience of a tense run-in in order to win a title, but the good thing is, we got some of that experience yesterday, AND we got the points. A bit lucky, but then again we were unlucky at the Etihad. WTF was Henderson doing with a minute to go?....that was so unlike him, but I hope it’s taught us to keep our heads.

Moses should've just run it into the corner... He started to head infield... Lost the ball, led to miscontrol from Hendo and resultant challenge

Yes I know, but he's normally more sensible than that.
He must be gutted at having to miss games at this stage of the season.

I don't wish to point out the obviously but a draw is useless to Chelsea. The only result which helps them is a win.

Jose might not go for the throat, not his style, but at some point they need to try and win the game.

That said, if Chelsea go 0-1 up then we might see a new EPL record for number of defenders on a pitch.

Chelsea will be super tense, but we have to beat Norwich first.

Everyone thinks it's a gimme, but they have to win too, and haven't been bad at home all season.

Like the West Ham game I expect a tough affair.

It will be only be easy if we get two ahead because they will collapse.

The big test for you guys now is if you go a goal down in a game, especially if it happens in the 2nd half.

I have not been watching that much of Liverpool this season but it seems a long time since you have found yourselves in that position, if that happens that will be the test of nerves.

We were behind twice against Cardiff only 3 weeks ago.

We won 6-3.

Absolutely nothing in what Cech says suggests he feels Chelsea have the edge over Liverpool, but Sizzle being the thick tool that we all know he is falls hook line a sinker for the headline

“Nobody expected anything from Liverpool this season and they’re in contention — it’s why they’ve been able to play without pressure so far,” said the Chelsea goalkeeper. “But let’s see how they will cope when it comes to the last hurdle. They will have to jump over it. They have been doing remarkably well but we’re still around.

“Obviously, we have to wait for one slip up from Manchester City but if we win our games we have a chance.

“We have players who are used to playing big games. Sometimes when you have a young team full of enthusiasm they don’t feel any pressure, they just play. But we have just four games to play now and if we win all of our matches, we will be there right to the end. That’s what we will try to do, to go game-by-game, try win them all and then we’ll see where we’ll be. We will go for it.”
