This train of thought is embarrassing. What's the whole 8-9 years of frugal spending been for if not to be able to throw a lot of money at quality players when the time called? Have we suffered through years of selling our best players for nothing? We have a pot of gold and self sustaining mode of income to keep us afloat and offer an attractive option to talent even without the carrot of CL football.

As a club - and as Arsenal football club - we shouldn't be struggling to attract anybody.

Not bad Giroud, wish he was more aggressive in his play though.

Must have been the Everton game he got a yellow, as he was on 9 before. all he had to do was wait until the 13th april and it would've all been wiped away
