The manager makes the decisions as to who plays and where at a football club.
The players either work harder or ask to leave.
If football gets to a point where players are telling the manager who to pick it will be a sad day

Rooney at United.
then it was a sad day.....
Santi knows. Pod knows. Ozil knows. Every one in the squad knows. The only person that doesn't know (or want to know) is Wenger.
Giroud is a sack of shít and shouldn't play upfront.
I think they don't believe in the manager.
Don't be surprised to see either demand to leave in the summer.

A player like Poldi can't be blamed for feeling some type of way when getting taken out early but seeing Sanogo/Giroud complete games instead . It's not like recent results have justified Wenger's thinking either
Look at Poldi's celebrations last night compared to how he's celebrated after scoring before (the Arsenal fb page showed a short reel of the last game vs West Ham and he went ballistic). Last night, his celebrations (if you can call them that) reminded me of Ramsey's when he put 2 past Cardiff... it was as if he (Poldi) used to play for West Ham and therefore didn't want to celebrate. The guy isn't happy.
OP got a point, but I won't read into Santi and Poldi's body language too much ATM. It could be a one time thing, or it could be their frustration of playing another bad game.
