Why you you spend money to buy one but not read it??
Haha... The free poster with a million staples marks through it!
Yeah I usually buy a progamme if I get to the Emirates in time, (the last couple of occasions I've had "ticket issues" and have missed kick off through having to queue unexpectedly! ).
I usually have a read through during half time and plan to read more of it on the way home, (which I rarely do).
I don't get to games as much as I used to, so they're as much of a keepsake as anything really.
Anyway, why no beer at the match on Tuesday?
same as Lex, I read mine at half time and usually give them to my nephew, who I am convincing to be a gooner.
However, that might not be the primary focus of my programme donations now - I found out last night the wife's pregnant!
everytime i go, i seem to get a theo poster in the programme
Bestie, congratulations mate.

I don't really have an answer to this. I just don't really get round to it, I have a flick through it (and used to always check the poster) but never read it. I guess the keepsake thing is why.

Another Gooner joining the world......never a bad thing!!
Congatulations to you and your fair lady Bestie.
(None for her now though! )
I normally get a programme when I go to a match but have usually lost it somewhere before I get home
Trouble is that Mrs Bestie is a brummie
Carling Cup final, I sat with the brummies we haven't spoke since (not really )
*I meant alcohol... she's allowed congratulations.

Oh my, that must have been terrible. Sitting with other Gooners was bad enough!

I was on edge the whole game, the bloke behind me was even bigger than me, and I'm 6'5"!! He looked very mean, so I was rather restrained when Robin scored, him and the Mrs would've killed me!!
Well you may not have spoken since February... but you've obviously been [fill in with language you think appropriate for this forum] since then.

So long as he's not black or a Hammers fan!!
I'd rather not be at the game than sit in the wrong end, especially a game of that importance. If you win, you can't even celebrate and if you lose, you're surrounded by celebrations of the other team. That's a lose-lose situation, or something...
