Rogers has been fantastic but I would argue that Pulis had the harder overall task. He has a squad of average players and has managed to create an organised, motivated squad.

Why the fack not - better than the current mug in charge.

I always disliked Pulis after the drudgery of his Stoke side but looking back, maybe he was just doing the only thing he could - Palace are playing OK football

Tony Pulis and Brendan Rodgers proving that there are in fact good English managers out there. How many PL titles will that be now for English managers since the PL started in the early nineties? Must be 80% or above of titles won by English managers if Rodgers wins it. Why can foreign managers not hack the PL? The future of English coaching looks bright.

Pulis has done well but keeping a team as average as Palace up has been done plenty of times before.

Rogers winning the League would be a far far bigger achievement. Even getting very close would be.

If Rodgers wins the league with that liverpool team you cant look past him.

No one thought Liverpool would do anything other than challenge for a CL spot, and not many (other than Liverpool fans) thought they'd even do that convincingly. To be where they are now, Rodgers has to get it. He's even been a nice bloke all season too.

But yeah, Pulis should get some serious credit / appreciation for this, what a job he's done.
