oops...
He's quality, there are just many better players, in my opinion.
People trying to compare Rooney to Suarez is overrating him. It pains me to say it but he's just not in his class.
In his whole career Rooney has never even been close to how good Suarez is at the moment... let alone the distinctly average current Rooney.

I agree with that, as I said I'd swap them without hesitation.
Neither are close to Messi or Ronaldo.. scary really.
I actually wouldn't. I just cannot stand Suarez, I don't care how good he is.
This can't possibly be a serious question?
There are only 2 players I would swap Suarez for and neither are even remotely realistic so I basically wouldn't swap him.
Those saying they wouldn't swap him must be doing so based on a personal dislike rather than playing ability. That's crazy if you ask me, I've never liked Ronaldo but you'd have to be a total half-wit not to appreciate the talent.
There are only about 5 players in the world clearly better than Suarez and Rooney isnt one of them. I'd trade in a heartbeat.
This is ridiculous. Suarez is a miles better player at the moment. A better question would be Rooney in his prime vs Suarez now.
5 players better than Suarez? This year def not.
No way.
Only team/squad/club to benefit would be LFC.
Absolute non-starter.
A real lose/lose scenario for MUFC.
You keep telling yourself that son.

Well, I do remember similar nonsense being discussed about Torres/Rooney. And we know how that one ended don't we?
Rooney will win more with MUFC, and MUFC will win more with Rooney than Suarez or LFC will share in their relationship.
Form is simply more ethereal than class.
Suarez may have the former, but Rooney undoubtedly has the latter.
Only time will tell, but I am rarely wrong.
Iammoe, you have never been more wrong in your life.
well with a statement like that, maybe you have.
