I was reading your post on the black cat story from the '69 Cup Final when my wife called me and said "look in the garden" and guess what? A strange black cat laying in the middle of a big shrub having a sleep. Hope it's a lucky omen for next season!
Better take him in and call him "Thomas O'Malley the Gally cat" (ala Disney).
Sunderland aka the Black Cats have just escaped from the bottom 3- it worked for them!
