Liverpool would comfortably be top four even without Suarez. They'd have someone else there, definitely not as good as him, but still a great player, if Suarez didn't exist. Sure, they might not have held a title challenge for as long, but to think that he plays that sort of role completely undermines how much Rodgers has revolutionised their style of play.

Well Ozil is a luxury we can afford. It's his first season in the most difficult league in the World, with no breaks/mid term holidays like every where he has played. He cost 12mil more than Willian and has done much better.
