You've been poor all season to be fair. I don't think you should feel gutted.
Negative tactics that even normal neutrals have found ashamed and BORED as a result.

The West Brom game at the bridge really left a sour taste to MOST.

Anyone think AM can win?
-----------------------------------------

Absolutely yes and kudos to them if they do it as they truly have emerged as a powerhouse in European football in recent seasons.

It's no fluke for AM, they've won the Europa league previously they have some serious credentials

Wolves fan in peace.

I have to say your boring tactics in the first leg and tonights performance sums up your manager. He is past his best and you need to move forward with someone else. Never good to go back to a former club as it very rarely works out.

Plus his antics recently tells me that he's lost the plot.

i fear they will suffer a similar fate to Dortmund and in some ways Arsenal

Their best players are now known to everyone and financially and therefore also competitively they cant compete with the very richest

Costa is probably off in the summer and every other star they have will be linked will all and sundry just like all the best players at Arsenal and Dortmund have been in recent years

True enough crouch end, they have lost Torres, Forlan Falcao in recent years and still got better and better

thats a fair point and i'd love to see them do it, would almost be like 80's aberdeen beating the old firm

when you look at how the tv money is divided in spain its a miracle some clubs even survive

Valencia did it before as well. Not totally unheard of but an incredible achievement all the same.

Real Madrid buying Ronaldo and Bale of £160m, Barcelona shelling out £90?m on Neymar and Atletico spending £1.5m on Costa!

I've been saying all season that Atletico's squad is nowhere near as thin as people seem to think. They might not have many big names in there, but they've got some very solid performers, they've all played their part this year and they're well balanced with plenty of different options.

They've also got a few handy young players out on loan, like Baptistao and Oliver.

The question is they play a very energetic style, that's going to be the hardest thing to sustain.
