There we go, one mention of Liverpool - in this case an accurate observation that Mourinho tactically owned BR at Anfield, and here they come .

The most precious supporters in the country. Far worse than classless Chelsea fans.

Aren’t all managers hypocrites?

Fergie used to criticise players that dived but took offence when players like Ronaldo, Young, Nani got stick from the media.

Wenger and his ‘never saw it’ excuses
etc…..

sizzle, you would have him at Spurs .

Our Tim is not a hypocrite, just a raving psycho who wants to fight everybody

Martinez, Pelegrini etc - some are not.

Redknapp almost never bad mouthed the referee or the opposition.

Don't mean to be pedantic, but I thought Santini was our manager when that game happened?
Is the only time I can ever remember us truly parking the bus in a game, it's just not spurs is it!!

No, it isn't. And except you're Barcelona, everyone parks the bus when it suits them.

Off the top of my head, you did in the 2nd leg of your CL tie against Milan. You did in that Arsenal game when Rose scored THAT goal. You did at Old Trafford last season against United after going 2 up.

Well yeah obviously there have been games when we've been ahead then parked, but that Chelsea game it was literally from first minute!
Maybe that's where Jose got the idea!!

Parking the bus really only counts if you do it pretty much all game IMO.

And I'm sure it was Santini but would be happy to be proved wrong, if memory serves it was September 04, thought Santini lasted till October

In any case, trust me when I say that if you meet the Barcas and Bayerns of Europe who love to hog and monopolize and press the ball, they give you little choice but to pack your defence and wait for your chance. Even teams lhke Madrid play like Stoke against them.
