Lloris is the best keeper in the league. Others might be better at certain aspects, but he is the best all round keeper without doubt. I'd happily swap him for mingolet and throw in £10m too.

We should do everything to keep Lloris.We just need a proper manager and get rid of some deadwood and add a few decent players.
It's been a disaster of a season but we have the basis of a good team.

What utter rubbish. But I think I can see the psychology behind it, you are just trying to be considerate to someone who has performed with a bit of passion and skill that you think the other players do not display. And on that I think I agree with you.
But as we have learned you cannot just keep letting your best players leave unless you see football, a la Levy as a balance sheet. Gate receipts, player sales, all the same in the profit and loss column!
No, we must assess who can be the nucleus of a team and buy and sell accordingly.
On that note, I see Townsend might be on his way out, thank goodness!

We don't want to give ourselves too much to do in the summer by going overboard with sales and replacements, when we'll already be in the hunt for a new manager. It wouldn't be healthy for the club either, after already trying to settle in 7 new players last year. Maybe no more than 4 going out, and 3 or 4 new arrivals.

Think your missing the point here. I'm not saying I want Lloris gone literally. I am saying how poor we have become I do not blame him one bit and having to see that defence infront of you every week must be sickening. Lloris Dosen't deserve that.
Can people stop suggesting a major clearout.
We've been $hit this season because we made so many changes to our squad.
Buy a left back, centre back and striker and only sell fringe players. Verts and Lloris must stay. Kaboul needs a good pre season. Naughton is solid back up.
Sell Rose, Siggs, Holtby and maybe Soldado if we get a good offer.
Lamela, you want to keep Lennon? I think people must be gone in the head if they still want it keep Lennon
I don't mind suffering Lennon as long as he's not first choice, but if we did sell I wouldn't be too bothered about it.
Lennon is a good impact sub/squad player. He is also home grown, something we have to consider when selling this summer.

There will be big changes in the summer with hopefully the right manager coming in, things turn around quickly in football, look at liverpool, how many points did we finish above them last season and look at them now?
