However a smile has been brought back to my face having watched our Scouse friends who have been celebrating winning the title for the last few weeks

If you're going to lie then at least make it a good one
Yes, it was worth the grand for the season ticket to put up with our abortion of a season just for Liverpool to almost win the title but then possibly not although there is a small chance that it might happen. Money well spent.
No, but last night helped.
ah bless 'em!

Something so satisfying about seeing them crying - and my God did they ship those Scousers in via Chernobyl who were shown bawling in the stands - what a truly unfortunate looking bunch of the 'self proclaimed best fans in the world' they were.

metro seems to have gone very quiet all of a sudden
It`s just like the crowing over coming second or third in the Employee of the year award in their own one man Ice Cream van enterprise.
Was it worth a bad season to see it?
not for me tbh... i'd rather celebrate my own teams success than celebrate anothers misfortune
Did I enjoy it? Fúck yeah... loved it... can't lie... celebrated Gayles second like it was a late winner for United.

I agree with this view. Your own club always comes first.
Not for a few others on this thread.
And a street seller does not represent the fanbase. I speak for me and the fellow Liverpool posters on this site. We've always distanced ourselves from the title.
But lets make one thing clear, it's been a 9/10 season for us and a 1/10 season for United.
They showed some of them taking pictures with the PL trophy on Skysports the other week and one lady said she would take a picture of the trophy and send it to her mancunian friend.
