Mertesacker.
Would of course have been Rambo had he not been injured.
Fabianski, won every game he's played
Diaby.....he was outstanding in the reserves last week.......
No love for Giroud? Played the most games, scored some important goals. OK hes not the best in the world and didn't show up against the big teams, but none of our team did anyway.
It's Mertesacker, by some distance. Then Koscielny. Then Ramsey, despite the long lay off.
World class Per Mertersacker.
Regarding Giroud
Decent some days horrific on others.
Can't remember a breathtaking performance
Love for Giroud. I'm angry you mentioned his name now ffs.
I think that Gibbs has been different glass. The type that smashes every time you knock it over.
But seriously folks ...it has to be the BFG. He has been a tower of strength in most games and has shown more qualities of leadership than Vermaelen, Arteta, RVP, and Fabregas put together. He must be made skipper next season.
Mertesacker has been great for us but I'd have to give it to Koscielny. We could cope with the injuries to Ramsey and Walcott but those few weeks when we lost Kos were the straw that broke the camel's back

Fack off Serial, you dont count
I think it has to be Koscielny. He's been probably the most consistent, and even though he has had injuries, he hasn't been out for so long you'd noticed. All of the others have either been either unspectacular or injured too long to truly make a difference to our season.
