As for Gerrard......would be a shame not to see him back at the club, but if it's management he wants to move into, so be it.

Still think he could learn a few things from Klopp though.

Kapow.

Strangely enjoyable that.

Btw, can someone copy my comment so Broben Hood can see it?

What do you lot think about this. Safe standing in the PL?.

A few years ago I would've been against this. I've softened of late though. As long as safety could be guaranteed I'd love to see The Kop standing again.

It won't happen at Liverpool.

The Hillsborough Family group are vehemently opposed to the idea (understandably, even if I don't necessarily agree with their stance).

No way the club would open up that can of worms.

I could see it happening at other clubs in the next decade though.

The club wouldn't go against the wishes of the families

Most you of you except RAP on here don't know but as you're all complete strangers I'll tell you what's being going on as it's some what cathartic.
Lost my wife over a month ago to the dreaded C. We knew she was ill for about the last eight years which is why I originally joined the old 606. It was a good place to escape when she was going through her chemo for primary, I seem to remember more or less the last words I wrote on the old 606 were about how the place helped me out more than anyone could know.
Anyway, it's been a tough ride and the last month has seen its ups and downs. The downs I was kind of expecting but the ups have been heart warming.
Had my IFA round today who's sorted out a lot of the wife's estate plus the properties we rent out.
Liverpool football club have offered me and my son tickets for the Stoke game and today I've booked a New Years break in Bilbao for me and the kids.
Just really to say to you all that however low you may feel, however everything can sometimes feel pointless - there is always hope.
Now carry on dishing out the abuse...

I'm genuinely sorry to hear you've been through all that but from what you've wrote there I suspect the kids are in very good hands.

All the best Knotty.

Yeah Pearce's article 10 minutes ago. So typical, international break facks us over every single time.

Sorry to hear that Knotty, glad you have got some things to look forward too

Shame Coutinho might be injured. We haven't had many this season though so far so can't really complain too much. At least we have some depth in the midfield/forward positions.
