Well he has scored more this season than he did last season, without Sturridge or Suarez...

Also, I don't hate Marko, he's just had a rubbish first season for £20m.

I expected him (rightly) to be on the same level as Coutinho and Sterling, as they are about the same age and experience level.

He isn't.

sterling has about 18 more appearances than marko, considering thats about what he was getting at partizan its almost a full season ahead of him.

Your also for some reason failing to identfiy the mitigating circumstances of moving to a new league, in to a struggling squad and being played about as out of position as its possible to do, right sided defence, instead of left sided attack.

your also refusing to acknowledge that the team is set up for coutinho and sterling, and based on the evidence of him being accomodated at rwb, it is set up in no way to benefit markovic.

therefore your judgement of him is extremley harsh, and so long as he is a liverpool player he deserves your support, esecially when he has literally done nothing wrong!! and is probably labouring under his price tag (which was a perfectly reasonable excuse for hendos first season, wasnt it !)

yeah because hes been stuck upfront on his own, with 5 peoples behind him dedicated to creating him chances...

if your honest you would acknowledge he should have scored twice as many,and that its not fair to compare him with an attacker, being played in defence and told to create chances for the 5ft0 insanely fertile midget that plays up front

If you were expecting a Cout or Sterling for a measly £20mil, you need to rethink what players cost these days.

Both those 2 are worth double that.

Did you actually watch us at all in the 3-4-2-1?

The wing backs certainly weren't defenders, and Markovic was playing left wing back as often as he was right.

Is left wing that drastically different to left forward?

Coutinho cost us £9m and settled into English football very quickly, producing some excellent performances in his first few months after joining half way through the season and being half fit.

Markovic underperformed. There is absolutely no doubt about it.

He MIGHT get a lot better in his 2nd season, we'll see.

Either way he is nowhere near as good as you seem to think he is.

agreed, he had some good patches and some bad patches and on balance it was a disappointing season. We'll see next season how it pans out and whether or not the manager decides to play him near goal more often.
