Think we broke Chelsea today.

First they adapted their game plan to try and contain us.

Werner must have thought he’d have a field day with an attacking full back and makeshift centre half on his side.. nope

90m signing Havertz sacrificed and within 12 minutes they’re 2 goals down.

When they get given an opportunity to get on the scoresheet their penalty maestro with 100% record has his attempt saved.

Fat frank almost in tears watching Liverpool spray the ball around at his home patch.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah, think this is right, which makes the victory all the more delicious. Salah, Firmino and Mane were all integral in that first goal too.

Would say, Trent is a little-off still isn't he - not as sharp, and thought he'd do better with his freekicks yesterday.

It's amazing, we won the league by an absolute canter last season, the CL the year before and still nobody thinks our front three are any good.

Cannot believe anybody sound of mind thinks Spurs have the best front three in the league yet alone Europe.

Lampard's post match comments had me laughing to bits. Said some crap about how they would have drawn 1-1 if they'd scored our penalty and Kepa hadn't facked up.

He's one delusional fecker.

Without the red card as well, which was a clear red!

I thought to myself when he was waffling on “faces he going on about”

Looks like lockdown mark 2 is on its way then.

Absolutely ridiculous.

They’ve handled this beautifully well haven’t they?

Can’t go and sit in my mums garden but I can go shooting with 30 of my pampered, toffy mates!

Let’s all clap for Tories!

The live update was a preemptive measure to mentally prepare us for tighter restrictions which will shortly be introduced.

This Gov is unbelievably useless, and lacks the minerals to get anything done.

I still don't think they'll do a nationwide lockdown like before. They'll limit contacts between households completely in regions impacted the most.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah I don't think lockdown will happen. Limits at home and in the workplace. Perhaps 50% off at restaurants again, causing packed restaurants and crowds outside them, you know, just to poke the virus.

They'll limit opening hours of pubs and restaurants to something like 12-8 first to see if that helps. When it doesn't they'll be the first to go.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course. Then schools again.

Or they could have just managed it better, had proper track and trace in place, stopped people flying in and out of the country and lived with the low numbers until we're passed it.

40 odd billion spent on the furlough scheme anyhow. It's not like they were saving the economy by doing it late and in half measures. Most of the UK's income is the finance industry anyhow and they've all been working from home throughout this all.

Really sick of this all now. Feel like purchasing an island, buying a ball named 'Wilson', drawing a face on it with my own blood and spending the rest of my days fishing and talking to Wilson. Or if I'm feeling really brave, I'll name it Winston.

Decent offer that, hopefully we can push them a bit higher.

We will end up with a two week lockdown. That's my prediction

Thats enough time for the people with the virus to be isolated at home and not spreading it to the general population, most people who catch it will do so at home and then continue to isolate thereafter.

But this government are the worst in my lifetime, so who knows what they will do.

The reason the last lockdown was so long was to get a track and trace system in...

Apple and Google offered to collab and make one but we knew better and turned it down

£4.5m to Dom cummings friends and we have nothing to show for it, NI have a system up and running that cost 700k.

Id like to see a figure for that 40bn on the furlough scheme though, because I'd hazard a guess the amount paid to peoples wages is much lower, and that probably includes payments to companies too..
