Keita needs games to get bk form n fitness no?

Normally I'd say yes, but in the case of Keita, he is bound to get injured again very soon, so the 2-3 games before it happens we might as well make them important games rather than dead rubbers against Midgetland.

To be fair, the way he plucked that ball out of the air with his toe, before rifling the shot down the keepers throat yesterday, was magnificent

He seems to like forearm smashing folk sometimes.

Seems a bit out of form at the moment, is it 1 goal in his last 10 games now or something?

Fulham coming at a good time for him then

We are still a far better team with him in it. He holds on to the ball better than any of our front 4 at the moment, even if that is just retaining possession it plays a huge part for us. He will have a nice week off ready for Fulham and Spurs.

Oh yeah I agree with that. Saw the difference he made when he came on against Brighton I think it was, much more of a threat with Mane in the team and should definitely start.

He's just not finding the net as often as he has over the last couple of seasons, even the best players go through a spell and at least it isn't affecting results really.

Mane is a more mobile version of Drogba. Some of the high balls he takes in his stride is unreal. He just plucks them out of thin air.

Needs a goal to get his confidence back in front of goal, definitely missing it a bit recently.

If I'm being honest as well, I think he has lost a slight bit of that electric pace that he used to have. Still very quick obviously but have seen a few players find it
a bit easier to catch him. Not entirely unexpected as he is approaching 29 now.

Still a wonderful player nevertheless and he will continue to adapt his game in the coming years like previous great players before him.

I hated Drogba but he was an absolutely immense player. Proper fear factor.

Very difficult player to stop. Pace, power and technical ability.

I've seen no sign of him losing pace. he was likely lightning yesterday again. Should have scored too after using his pace to break away on the goalkeeper but took too long to get his shot away.

He's played 23 games for club and country this season. Salah 19, sterling 18 plus he had covid too.

I reckon a week off will do wonders for him.

I think it's just a dip in form in front of goal from him personally more than anything else. I don't think it's causing any major issues because now the benefit if Jota is finding the net on a consistent basis so it does allow you to take the pressure off the front 3 a bit more.

He makes me laugh because he always has to do something erratic. The bicycle kick clearance when Coady dived.

Yeah, it's just a little flash of why he works so well with how we set up to break quickly. He had 3 or when he came deep and others broke past him. People don't understand how tough that is to defend against when you have runners like we do and his movement is part of the reason we get that space behind.

Robbo hit a bendy pass to Mane in the first half yesterday that was sublime too

It's the karate kick for me. Firmino is his natural element lol

The assist for the extremely marginal offside in Salah goal V Brighton was better.

First vaccine has taken place in the UK. For all the things this country has got wrong throughout this pandemic, that's a remarkable achievement when other regulators haven't even approved a vaccine.

Everyone is missing the point of that pass lol. It's all about the karate kick and it being Bobby after all his karate kick celebrations.
