hopefully, tho itd be foolish if theyre not fully focused on their business. Villa were god awful vs them at home.

they were awful vs utd too and others but these were after cl games so maybe they wont be as bad now?

based on their game vs Arsenal at home im not confident villa get anything.

Reckon Arsenal still win but thats gotta hurt somewhat so hopefully it has an effect.

Boy did we need that late goal otherwise they would be sensing blood big time.

salibas been off it this season a bit, quite a few mistakes being beaten. Even Zirkzee mugged him off megged him and put him on his backside.

Quite a lot has changed since then

Surely have to give Nunez a run of games now? Diaz hasn't been great at number 9 recently and Nunez feeds off confidence, which now should be sky high.

Nunez was the hero today but I've gotta shout out Elliott. He was very positive and made the right pass at the right time to win us the game. He is a more offensive number 10 and needs to be utilised more.

such as villas away form being quite poor. still tho win and theyre same points as newcastle in 4th. Emery beat em twice last season he wasnt happy they replaced him and arteta won the fa cup with his work.

I think Nunez is a better sub. Would still play Jota when fit. But yeah the Diaz false 9 has to end now.

Szobo was great today but Elliott definitely needs to be brought on more often and play in the games where we won't always need Szobos energy.

Don't see why Dom can't play as a 8. Mac is probably the most out of form midfielder.
