I like the look of that team, it should be a good game, just hope we don't leave ourselves too exposed.
we won't play 4-3-3. we should, but we won't
I'd take a draw against Leicester, we're both currently underperforming and if their squad does start to play to their full potential and finishes highly, when we look back on it a point taken in this fixture will be a good one.
Big game for me and my family this one; me and dad are red dogs, brother and mum are bin robbers. Last year was certainly a good friday in my household!
Isle, we must go for a win! No chance I'd take a draw
We're at home, granted we've not got going but what better time to start? I don't think their team is THAT good, would the likes of Neil Danns and Matt Mills get into our team and nobody was keen on having Konchesky back. The have depth and good players but I'm not convinced they're spent that wisely.
Definately agree Balls Deep, at home in this league, we should be looking to win every game, even more so at this stage of the season, before teams have hit their form!
We need to make the City Ground a fortress again!
Scoring a few goals would help the team, the fans and give eveybody confidence.
I'm not convinced about Leicester and the many signings, only time will tell!
Still think we should get 3 points against anyone in this league though, at home!
Boateng will start I am sure of that. Think he might also start McGoldrick and Derbyshire up front, Miller off the bench again. McGugan will probably replace Reid I guess?
What do people think of Greening so far.
I haven't been too impressed, but only ever listeing on the radio can get distorted views!
We need both Derbyshire and Miller up top through the middle, none of them out wide or playing deeper than the other
Rarely do we agree Mr Sane. I've been to two games and Greening has been as good as I expected but neither has anyone really, people have a go at him for passing side ways but I'd rather he did that than gave the ball away.
Apparently Reading are sniffing around Morgan now:

I can't see him going.
LOL
Balls, there is a first time for eveything!
Let's jusy hope his finding his feet at a new club and league, going sideways get's u no where IMO.
Not that I'm saying just punt it up there, but you have to go forward most of them time!
Morgan wouldn't go anywhere unless the club or manager told him he wasn't required IMO.
I think we 100 times better when we play it at pace, but so far weve been painfuly slow!
Alot of people seem to be talking about Miller as a "big target man" but from what I have heard from baggies fans he really isn't that kind of player.
I would probably play Derbyshire as the most advanced striker with Miller sat just behind him using his pace and strength in the "hole" to create things and draw defenders out of position. With Mcgugan and Majic providing width from Midfield and the option of pace from USA.
CF - Derbyshire
SS - Millers
AML - Findley/Majic
AMR - Mcgugan
CM - Cohen
CM - Greening
LB - Gunter
RB - Maloney
CB - Morgan
CB - Chambo
GK - Camp
Surely that squad had goals in it!!
I've been pulled over for calling him a target man, depends what people's definition of one is I suppose, by target man I don't mean Heskey who is probably told
'don't even think about shooting just win the ball and give it to someone who can'
What I mean is if I were Camp booting up field I'd aim for Miller who is 6'3" as opposed to Findley who is half a foot shorter. I'd imagine every time a player has to hit it long they'd be aiming for Miller which by default makes him a target man regardless of a teams style of play, however, I could be totally wrong as haven't seen him in a Forest shirt yet.
Fair point BD, From what I understand he has alot of different elements to his game and was very highly regarded by West Brom before his injuries. I honestly think he could be a bit of a revelation if we can keep him fit! And we have been lacking a tall strong attacking player for set pieces for some time, I have to admit it always makes me nervous when big Wes is left on his own at the back after a corner!
___________Camp
Maloney - Wes - Chambers - Gunter
Majewski - McGugan - Greening - Cohen
_________Derbyshire - Miller
Bring Findley in as a sub in the middle of the second half. Leave Boateng on the bench. 3 points.
