The thing is, you're probably one of the few who doubted all those names you mentioned. The likes of Kos, Per, Gibbs etc have always been quality barring short spells of bad form/adaptation period.
Jenko just isn't very good
Kamran took the words out of my mouth.

What's he good at? Calamitous on the ball, no composure, woeful in the air, positionally bad etc. He's got a good engine on him, he's a good athlete and a decent crosser of the ball, but really, he just scares me. He's not a kid anymore either, he's 22 now.
Sorry but Ramsey was a 'super talent' when he came, can't really compare the two.
Look I'd love it if Jenkinson would make it, but I just think the transition will be too abrupt. He still has so much to learn and we've just fixed our defence, was hoping we could focus on our other weaknesses, up front.
I think he's good enough to be our starting RB.
But we need a new Right Back anyway because of only having one, and with the cash we have why not get a world class player there to ensure our great defence only becomes greater?
Jenkinson has only been dribbled past twice in this entire season; I don't think I've ever seen him get beaten for pace; he's over 6 foot tall, so has great potential in terms of tucking in to support the CBs and defending against diagonal balls; he has the stamina to get up and down the pitch all-day; his rarely gives the ball away any more; his crosses consistently go into the right area; and he shows a willingness to run at his opposite number to try and stretch the opposition.
I just cannot fathom how people can suggest he's not talented. His play still needs a bit of fine-tuning, but let's not forget how good he was at the start of last season, when he actually played consistently.
Bale beat Jenkinson for pace a few years back
I don't recall that myself, but if that's the case, then I guess it's testament to his speed that Gareth Bale seems to be the only example of him getting beaten for pace!
Jenkinson came on in the NLD a few years back and had Bale in his pocket.
That's just a complete lie though isn't it?
No he came on for 20 mins in one of the 5-2's.
Arsenal fans never learn.
Jenko is the future and he can only improve. The sky is the limit for him. Love his attitude and the heart he shows. A gooner through and through. When he got that run of games early in the season he was absolutely unbeatable.
The calamitous play that some of you attribute to him can be put down to the lack of time he's put in on the pitch at RB. Normally when he plays he gets thrown in at the deep end. Of course he'll show some rough edges.
Make Jenko 1st choice. Buy a cheap back up.
Oh I thought you meant the one at WHL. I was at the match and Bale tore him apart from the second he came on to the last

Micah Richards! only down side is his injuries though but he is a fecking unit and can play CB as well.
Anyone remember that performance he put in against BAYERN?
That jaw dropping last ditch tackle
Analog's boy in twitter beef
I have a few names for you...... Ramsey Theo Sczesney Gibbs Koscielney Mertesacker
----------
Denilson, Bendtner, Aliadiere, Hughes, Taylor, Bentley, Pennant, Hoyte... could go on for days.
Not sure of your point, tbh. Some players make it sone dont, but none have anything to do with CJ.
Agree with DJEEEEEEEEEZUS
Jenkinson looks a decent full back. Nothing special, but I've never really thought he was a liability other than the odd game where Arsenal have been battered in big games, which you can't really put down to him.
Darren im telling you Jenkinson is a special player. I honestly think he will go down as one of the greats
I dunno about that.
I do think he's quite an underrated player, though. Arsenal can do better but I think he could develop into a good full back.
He's better than Kyle Walker and Glen Johnson. At least he knows how to defend.
Trust me he will surpass Lahm. Has everything. Even has the ability to play in midfield. He can be our Busquets
RGK you are one of a kind man. Life without you wouldn't be the same.
