I'd put my faith in fan solidarity & the baws to see all these feckers off.
A long time ago I put my Faith into Hope and Charity...
or was it putting Charity into Hope and Faith...cant really remember.......but they were all lovely accommodating young ladies...
To be fair to Quinn, even though he's been an erse at times on here re Rangers (as I would if it was Celtic going through this). Quinn has been a good poster in recent times re our troubles. Fair play.
On another note, we don't need the board out, we need the owners and shareholders out. Margarita, Laxey and Blue Pitch put the boards in place.
Castle ... The two go hand in glove . The Boatd are the representatives of these dodgy shareholders you mention.
Yeah, but nothing will change if we get a new board coop.
We've had board changes, they are just puppets of the owners. The owners going will change things. The board going wont.
That's exactly it Castle we need a clean sweep.
Scott gardiner turned down the job, as he couldn't do the job he wanted. The owners have too much power and control and are calling the shots.

We need the owners to sell and get to fluck. Until that happens nothing will change.
Castle to be fair, its in the daily record, there is no direct quote from Gardiner, it could easily be made up
C'mon Laudrup, we can all see what's happening. Daily Record or not they have got that one spot on.
How many boards have we got/had now?
Why would he turn down the job otherwise?
The club is in a shiiiit state due to the owners wanting to maximise their own profit. Why else would a Hedge fund invest. Hedge funds are all about making profit and nothing more.
Have we seen any indication from any board that's in the best interest of the club?
Pretty obvious from anyones point of view that that story is true. Why would Gardiner give a direct quote? It would harm his career if he did, but surely a leak wouldn't
Spot on Castle .... Laudrup , Gardner is a life long supporter and whilst he may not have quoted it . He hasn't denied it ! The DR has sales at about 10k which is not enough for the Board to last til a share issue . They also seem to have problems with Blue Chip supporters , this lot fall out with everyone !!!
Exactly coop.
Gardiner is a life long hardcore fan. Why would a lifelong fan want to stay at Dundee otherwise? Surely he would have jumped at the chance if he had power at the club. He knew his hands would have been tied.
The DR got this story correct. They do get the odd story right. It's clear he leaked it on purpose or at least spoke about it with friends who leaked it.
It's obvious.
Im not sticking up for the board, but the daily record is trash.
That one this morning,( I didnt read it all ) looked like made up nonsense, as soon as they mention an insider, I stop reading
I agree Gardiner would have been a great acquisition, he is a former employee, he worked under bain before the Dundee gig and is a bear
So are you suggesting the DR never get a story right Laudrup?
Can you give me a valid explanation as to why a Rangers supporter would turn down the job to rescue the club and instead stay at Dundee?
Gardiner in charge wouldn't have changed anything as long as the current owners were in charge and he knew it.
Would love him to be in charge when the owners leave. He could be our Lawwell.
So are you suggesting the DR never get a story right Laudrup?
Its tabloid journalism castle, of course they get some correct, I take stories with a pinch of salt that do not have a direct quote, anyone can make a story up, there has to be substance before I believe it, it may well be true that the reasons he turned it down were he had no free hand to run things, but its speculation
Yeah, it's speculation of course it is. I'm not suggesting the DR always says things correctly.
However, as I said before, why would a lifelong fan turn down the job otherwise? I know 99% this story is true. There is no other explanation that make sense.
All we have to do is look at the actions of the board and all the boards prior. None of it was for the club.
I've no faith in anyone involved.
Don't trust the board, nor do I trust King and co.
Main problem is getting rid of the faceless owners and the likes of laxeys though. And the only way to do that is to pay them money for shares, or shoot them in their face, and nobody seems willing to do that at the moment.
We ideally need someone to come in who is willing to clear out the current lot. Any Rangers supporting sheikh's out there?
Actually Laudrup. , DR names Crighton as the Board member who has upset these rich guys . Let's see if he denies it or threatens to sue as is the norm (a wee pin there !).
I wouldn't mind an Arab owner, however I still think King will get the club long term.
Any Rangers supporting sheikh's out there?

looks as though we've starved the board out
