Arsenal have spent £150 million over the last three seasons. So not taking into account the previous 5 trophy-less seasons before that, they have spent £150 million to buy an FA cup.

Judging by the fact that your net transfer spend was more in the previous two years than this years, which was all spent on one player who has been pretty disappointing, I would say that either Arsenal fans have been conned into thinking that financial restrictions were a valid excuse or they are just using it so they can laud one success after years of under achievement.

It's good to see that the fans whine as much about other fans goading as their players do whenever they get tackled though. Good to see consistency throughout a club.
