Hengy, AVB isn't coming back I'm sorry to say
Doesn't matter who comes in, they'll be sacked by this time next year regardless.
I do not think Benitez would leave Napoli.
I think Mancini is an interesting choice and one that has not been considered, it is also more realistic to prise a coach away from Galatasaray than it is from Napoli.
Totally agree.
If a successful and seasoned manager fails after two years then you can say fair enough.
but if Pochettinno fails we would have wished we got a a more experienced manager.
There are calculated gambles and there are gambles.
One season in the Prem vs Multiple international league and Cup experience including playing experience is not to be ignored.
Martinez was perfect for the job but Levy bottled the gamble.
We are now in such a state he's considering an even bigger gamble on Pochettinno.
He bottled nothing, we already had a manager when Martinez became available.
Is that the point of the article?
Martinez was at Wigan when Redknapp was forced out. Martinez was deemed too much of a gamble. And Pochettino isn't?

They're all a gamble for one reason or another, and could all be a success given a chance.
Even Tim managed to keep us in Europe
Hengy - still running down one of about two or three decent managers we have had in 17 years or something
Funny how the only two managers to have won us cups in the 20 years happen to be the ones with a decent experience a history of winning cups.
Ramos
Graham
Both had decent managerial experience and like it or not we won't be celebrating top 4 finishes in 20 years we will be looking at our trophy cabinet.
Maybe Levy needs to focus more on steadying the ship with an experienced manager than some 'hail mary' signing like Pochetinno.
Sandy - Nope was a big Harry fan and didn't want him to go but he did and I got over it... Maybe you should
Would the Spurs fans take Mancini? His personality can be somewhat off-putting at times, but he has a proven track record of domestic success.
Hengy, please stick the subject rather than just trying to insult me .
This isn't one of your match threads where you can just ban people for not agreeing with you
Sandy - I'm trying to find a point but can't
Re-read the OP then .
I wrote it assuming you had comprehension skills superior to that of a 4 year old.
And tbf I'm properly insulting sandy more

No, too defensive, disliked by the media already, and issues with both Adebayor and Tevez hints at a lack of man management skills.
That said I wouldn't be worried if we got him, but I wouldn't be excited about next season either
Yeah, sounds fair enough.
