I think Chelsea need to get rid of Jose, he's harmful to the club, rubs players, fans, opposition managers, the wrong way, parks the bus, hasnt won anything for the last 2 years.

If you look at the Deloitte figures from 2005 Arsenal actually generated more revenue than Bayern. You were the richer club at that stage. They built a new stadium in 2005, you built one in 2006, both cost roughly the same.

The reason that Bayern have overtaken Arsenal in recent years is because they have managed their club better. Their youth system is more successful than Arsenals, yet they've still spent big on players every season to maintain their status. Success on the pitch also means big commercial deals off it, like the ones they have with Audi, Samsung, Deutsche Telekom on top of their deal with Allianz.

Bayern before building their new stadium were a bigger more succesful club than Arsenal, and hence had more revenue, beter commercial deals, sponsorship etc.
And the stadium was funded and owned by Bayern & 1860 Munchen before Bayern bought them out in 2006
We might have started generating more income when we moved stadium, but we had a huge debt to pay and guess what we then had Abramovich to contend with, Bayern didnt.
But the irony is that Liverpool fans are claiming that we've underachieved and have been mismanaged but during these period we've finished ahead of you in the league all but twice, what is your excuse?!?!

Unlike some people on this forum, im not going to pretend i know more about the ins & out of another club even more than their own fans
They bought the club with other peoples money and put that debt on the club at horrendously badly negotiated interest rates.
then after an initial outlay of cash to placate the supporters they realised they could never have afforded the club in the first place and started 'asset stripping' the club to pay their debts. All the while ignoring the recommendations of the manager who had proven himself with multiple league titles, a CL and numerous other trophies. they forced him into buying 4th and 5th choice players and Bosman 'buys' were rampant but came with horribly negoatiated contracts of high wages and too many years.
In the end we took a side from being dominant in the CL and on the verge of consistent title challenges and turned us into a bankrupt side who sold more than they bought every window and our top players all wanted out.
In other words, evil incompetence.

Obviously our situation wasnt as bad as that, but in that period, you still outspent Arsenal.
Now imagine you then had a manager that regardless of the horrible situation still delivered Top 4 every season,and then an opposition fan has the audacity to describe this manager as "harmful to the club".

I've always said no one else ould have done what he did under the circumstances
