Zero reason for Lewis not to try a ballsy one tomorrow, come what may!

I hope Lewis puts him in the barriers tomorrow!

ROSBERG OFFICIALLY UNDER INVESTIGATION!

posted on 24/5/14

Do not get your knickers in a twist, this will spice things up at Mercedes. I'm sick of the friendly approach to the driving.

Putting Rosberg in the barriers is stupid and I hope Hamilton is not that stupid.

You play the percentages game, if Rosberg wins, that's fine, you are 4 points behind him. If Hamilton however decides to do something and takes himself out, he has to make up over 20 points again.

Surely, even his most rabid fanboys understand this and someine at Mercedes needs to make him understand this tomorrow.

ManU please please, put a sock in it! Not once have I been proven wrong in anything I have said so far, all my analysis turned out true. Besides if the stewards deem it necessary to investigate, who are you to stop them?

I think whether the crash was an accident or not is completely irrelevant. There seems to be little to no coverage of the fact that Rosberg reversed back onto the track during a live session, into the path of ongoing traffic.

That surely merits a penalty.

That is what the stewards will look at

Did your respect for LH evaporate when he lied to the stewards in Australia a few years back?

well Keke said

Keke Rosberg, father of Nico, called Michael Schumacher a "cheap cheat" after the German deliberately stopped out on track in 2006 Monaco Grand Prix qualifying. "It was the worst thing I have seen in Formula 1. I thought he had grown up. He should leave F1 to honest people."

posted on 24/5/14

honest people in F1-Starting with Mr E-who is currently on trial in Germany for bribery

and there are plenty of other examples-Schui/Alonso ordering his team mate to crash /Spygate/etc etc

Although I might have called Nico a plonker, which was in the heat of the moment, I somehow don't dislike him and wish Lewis does not have any ill feelings towards him, but that does not negate the fact that what Nico did is wrong and punishable by a grid penalty!

Plonker was the nicest thing you said about him.

Oh, I think it's cooking up quite nicely! I wonder what the odds are for a first corner incident. Probably lower than they were just a few hours ago. I'm with EJ on this one, an incident between LH and NR with DR taking the win.

If I were Hamilton, I would try and get him at the start, if not, try it with strategy or play the sensible game and pick up 18 points.

The fact Rosberg did what he did shows he is rattled, his celebrations speak volumes. Hamilton has got to him and if I was Hamilton, I would smile and say, yup, I got this guy, rather than have a face like a thndercloud

""Alonso ordering his team mate to crash"" Check your facts, this never happened, and there is cheating in all sports, so get off the high horse.

posted on 24/5/14

Re LH, i think that it was probably heat-of-the-moment stuff. Everyone knows pole at Monaco is of utmost importance so if I were in LH's shoes, I'd be a bit miffed too. No doubt his management will tell him exactly what you've said though, MUD.

I honestly believe that Rosberg did not have any cruel intentions. He was looking quicker than Hamilton regardless.

posted on 25/5/14

He did mate, he never tried to make the corner and then reversed. He knew what he was doing.

posted on 25/5/14

I may have to watch the footage again. When I first saw it, it looked like he locked the brakes, as a result he suffered under-steer which would have taken him into the barriers.

posted on 25/5/14

The rear snapped before he locked the front. He made a mistake early in the lap and knew he would not improve so stopped others from improving.

His position on track was not a position to take when you are trying to turn at the corner. Didn't know he had it in him.
