Only way I'd consider it really, Willian starts ahead of Schurrle anyway

Hugely improve your CM with one of the best in the world, and the best player in the deal, improve your RW, Willian arguably better on the right wing than Hazard, who is much better on the left, and hugely improve your back up strike.

You lose Luiz, who you have a ready made replacement for, and whose position is very well stocked already, as well losing a back up in Schurrle, and Hazard whose loss is plugged up anyway.

Don't see how you lose out at all
