Just saw this quote on twitter.

Ángel di María: "It hurts when you’re always doing your best for your club and then you hear that you might be going to Tottenham."

Now I feel like I need to pop in somewhere for a drink. Toast to Lambo signing.

I do like a pint of Pride, quite enjoying the number of pubs that serve Sharp’s Doombar these days too, quite similar, a tad sweeter. Do you get much Doom in the pubs up north?

Bluedroog

All the pubs down here in the big smoke sell Doombar. Great beer.

My favourite at the minute is called Underdog from Brighton Bier. Fantastic smooth pint of bitter.

I am currently going through a beer lull. Got 1 more hour before i can have any more.

T Bone, Sorry, thought you were in Liverpool. Can’t believe how fast Doom Bar has spread, used to be a treat to see it, now it’s all over the place. In the supermarkets too, the bottled stuff tastes really good. I’ll have a look for the one you mention. I quite enjoy a Sierra Nevada Pale, really floral but can give you a fekker of hangover.

The pub I'm leaving for in 1 hour 18 mins doesn't have much in the way of my favourite ales but has an excellent English larger called Noble from Greene King / Morland Brewery, don't see it much but a goodun if you like larger with some flavour and fresh.

If you guys are smartphone owners get yourselves on Untappd. Great social media app for beer.

Speaking of ale I had a bright green ale the other day in Salisbury called Sign of Spring by Stonehenge ales.

Very odd experience!
