top 5 minimum is what i expect.
would be very pleased with top 4 and no cup runs
would be ecstatic with top 4 and cup runs
would be over the moon with top 4 and EL win
(i actually think we can win europa league this season)
not sure about modric leaving. levy really doesnt have a leg to stand on, and as i said earlier on here, he may even have to step down after categorically promising the fans that he wont be sold, this is not about money.
obviously if a ridiculous offer comes in then thats different, but the figure now is arond the 30 mill mark which is not a ridiculous offer.
plus modric is not causing problems at the club as far as we are aware, e.g refusing to play.
i wouldnt sell him under any circumstances to chelsea if i was levy. i would offer him to man u , man city, barca, real, inter, ac, juve, bayern, and anyone else first.
top 4 without doubt in what order i do not know.....
With no purposeful dis-respect to other teams the top 6 is sorted with the "sky 5" and Spurs.
Arsenal are imploding and will struggle.
Liverpool we have a slight edge over...adam is a great signing and they have the youngsters who will be the best youngsters this century in my opinion but there still far to week in areas....imagine if reina gets injured they have Doni as backup and he is awful!

I think Spurs will have a decent season this year and come 6th with good cup runs in all the major cups. They will be a good outside bet for the Europa League and Carling Cup cos there are some good young players at the club. Andros Townsend, Kyle Walker and John Bostock are good players to go with the experienced players as well
john bostock? bubbles mate... that kid cant even get into the youth side. talented player peeing away his career like cesc did at arsenal. such a shame
Its hard to tell, if arsenal fail to strengthen then I can see them slipping out of 4th place, allowing us to pounce.
Arsenal have a long season ahead, they are in all 4 competitions and with increasing pressure to win silverware, you can imagines they will go guns blazing in every cup.
This of course will cause injuries, no more so than their best player RvP, who will inevitably get injured at some point.
Anyways, regarding Spurs; I think we have a great chance of 4th if we sign that illusive striker we are begging for. Defoe is looking sharp and will be a great member of the squad but we need that something extra special, imo Ade fits that bill.
We have a few good youngsters and fringe players for the cups, so our full strength team will be fresh for the EPL. The problem is, 'ave a go 'arry has not grasped the concept of squad rotation.

Liverpool and Spurs expectations are TGIT...
Thank God It's Thursday.
Disagree with the OP about Redknapp though. I think he is a hugely overrated manager IMO, worst out of the top 6
deadknee.. i agree somewhat unfortunately. the squad is in place this season as things stand let alone with any new arrivals, but all too often i disagree with redknapps selections and i just dont rate him tactically.
however i will give credit where its due.. i was very happy and fully in agreement with the side he selected to face hearts

Ive not come on here wumming and you were off topic.
If you want to starty an arguement and discuss ownership of clubs ill be quite happy to discuss Joe Lewis and his life in the Bahamas
Despite Harry's age and experience in football, last season seems to have taught him a thing or two.
Don't forget, Spurs is his first real 'big club'. His highest finish in EPL before he came to Spurs was 7th.
Last season was the first time he was expected to finish top 4 and compete in CL. He has never had a squad with so much talent in numbers until he came here. Hopefully he has learnt his lesson though, if he hasn't then he really is tactically inept

deadknee.. good point.. i will be open minded this season and hope he has learnt. i just thought that for a man of his experience he made some poor decisions last season. but what do i know. i am only your local ja606 dealer. harry is the man with his finger on the trigger.

"Ive not come on here wum" Yeh right.
Joe Lewis has not spent any where near what your club have spent. All Man City is doing is buying success. hollow success...
------------------------------
Read the article you fool. Instead of just presuming "oh a City fans posting about Spurs, must be looking for trouble". If i wanted another boring City/ Spurs article i would have posted one.
My reference to Joe Lewis was more about him as an individual btw, i see you have completely let that pass over your head though

Im sorry Spurs fans for saying Modric may leave with Diaara and Adbayor coming in.
Im sorry Spurs fans for saying i think Adebayor will start well but will fade out.
Im sorry Spurs fans for suggesting you should aim for the top 4 and a cup this season.
